• Tashi Tag Gye Tingsa

These Fair Trade tingsa/Tibetan chimes depict the 'Tashi Tag Gye,' the eight auspicious symbols of Buddhism, also known as 'Ashtamangala.' Fair Trade from Nepal, each set comes in a drawstring pouch. 

These are medium size Tingsa, approx: 65mm ∅. Pouch design may vary.

Tingsa are two small cymbals, usually joined together a leather strap, by  traditionally used by Buddhists during offerings, prayer and meditation. Producing a clear, high pitched ringing tone when struck together, tingsa are also used in sound therapy and ceremony for the 'space clearing' of rooms.
